CITY OF FARMERSVILLE
LOCAL ROADWAY SAFETY PLAN
The City of Farmersville is developing a comprehensive Local Roadway Safety Plan (LRSP), that would enable the City to identify potential traffic safety projects. This program will help the City develop traffic safety improvements that would enhance safety for all transportation modes and for people of all ages and abilities.
The LRSP is implemented through a holistic approach through the E’s strategies that will enhance safety for all modes of transportation, and for all ages and abilities. Focusing primarily on 4 E’s – Education, Enforcement, Engineering, and Emergency Medical Response, the LRSP will develop effective improvements in all four areas with input and active participation from stakeholders and City residents.
